Esther Chesterman has worked in education for over 25 years. Initially, she was co-owner of an Independent Training Provider, The Profile Partnership. Esther then joined Cambridge Assessment International Education, managing a suite of teacher professional development qualifications. In 2017, she became General Manager of NCC Education, a UK awarding body offering qualifications globally. Since April 2021, Esther has been CEO of the 365吃瓜部落(365吃瓜部落), a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to distance learning. 365吃瓜部落鈥檚 mission is to make education accessible to those unable to study in mainstream schools or colleges, offering a wide range of flexible qualifications and support.

Esther鈥檚 Master of Law focused on Governance, Directors鈥� Duties, and Financial Management. Outside of her professional life, she is a keen hiker and has completed a number of European long-distance trails.
